Mindteck Consolidates its U.S. Operation into Central Pennsylvania Region |
| Brings more jobs to its Enola, PA based Headquarters |
Harrisburg, PA – October 1, 2008: Mindteck, a global IT and Technology services company, today announced it has combined its operations for all three U.S. based subsidiaries into one single operations team with immediate effect. The Company will now operate under its parent brand name Mindteck, Inc. from its Enola, PA based office. |
| The company’s three subsidiaries, including Infotech Consulting, Primetech, and Mindteck USA, were operating their own finance, HR, and admin teams in three different locations in the US. These are being consolidated into one team based out of Enola, PA. Mindteck started bringing more jobs to its Central Pennsylvania based headquarters by consolidating back office and sales jobs to its headquarters. |
| Commenting on this occasion, Mr. Joseph Underwood, Executive Vice President and Head of US Operations, Mindteck Inc., said, “Central Pennsylvania was the obvious choice for us as the U.S. headquarters as it is close to several key clients and it is a great place for our employees and their families to live.” Mindteck has been very successful in attracting some of the best local talent from this region. This year alone, the Company has hired 25 people in the Harrisburg, PA area. “We have also had great deal of success in hiring technical resources from the local universities”, Mr. Underwood asserted. |
| In February this year, Mindteck had acquired Infotech Consulting, a multi-disciplined technology services firm based in Pennsylvania, U.S., and in April this year, the Company acquired Primetech Solutions, Inc., a California based IT Consulting firm as part of its ‘Go Global’ growth strategy. Prior to these two acquisitions, the Company was running its US operation under Mindteck (USA) Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary in the US. |
