Mindteck Acquires Singapore Firm, Netsys Consulting Pte Ltd
To Strengthen The Group’s Global Delivery Capabilities

Bangalore, December 1, 2004: Mindteck, a leading provider of software services in the field of embedded technologies and business applications, has acquired Netsys Consulting Pte. Ltd. Netsys is a privately held company in Singapore that specializes in ERP and CRM services as well as Web Technologies. The acquisition was made by Mindteck Singapore Pte. Ltd. on December 1, 2004.

 

The acquisition augments Mindteck’s delivery organization and broadens the scope of Mindteck’s engagements in the APAC region. It is a significant step in Mindteck’s efforts to expand its service offerings in the business applications space. The acquisition also adds to the diversified global head count of Mindteck.
