Mindteck to acquire 2 firms

Bangalore, September 13, 2005: Software services provider Mindteck (India) Ltd has approved the acquisition of its two companies based in Singapore and UK. The board of directors took a decision to this effect at a meeting held on Monday, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The acquisition of Mindteck Singapore Pte Ltd and Mindteck UK Ltd for the consideration being payable partly in cash and partly by issue of the equity shares.
